Thrown in the lake of caregiving

Rarely does someone plan to become a family caregiver.  You don’ t often receive a warning message. Most of the time it occurs in an instant, with an illness, a diagnosis, or an accident.   You may feel as though you’ve been thrown in the lake with no plan, no training, and no life preserver.
